Downtown Muskegon - Design Standards

Two sets of design standards are of interest to investors looking at Downtown Muskegon

First is the Ciy of Muskegon's Historic Preservation Committee's design standards are available here in PDF form (2 MBs) from the City of Muskegon's web site.

Also the Downtown Muskegon Development Corporation has developed development guidelines for new downtown construction on the former Muskegon Mall site which are available here in PDF form (1.3 MBs).

And finally, Muskegon Main Street has design guidelines which are part of its facade grant program PDF form (1.3 MBs).
